Max Heart Rate 213

Had to make a choice between my blackberry and my running shoes. Since today is sure to be a long hard day either way, I chose my running shoes and a vigorous short run.  Of course there were plenty of missed calls, emails and text messages in that 30 minutes, but I have a little better attitude about them now.

Didn’t expect that I had pushed my heart rate above 200? Yes I was working hard, but I wasn’t completely suffering out there.  It felt fast and it was nice to run with some intent behind each step.

    213!!?? WOW what is your resting HR?

    I can relate to the BB…lunch time is my recharge time. Work so gets in the way of running.

    Wow! I know you did some fitness testing a while back….what was your max hr?
