Yes I ran today

November 15th, 2009 , 8:54 am by Michelle Halsne

Those who know me best know that running is the balancing factor in my life. When I go into a running slump, it usually means I am not taking care of myself and those things that are most important. For me it usually means I am spending way too much energy working.

November has proven to be all work and no play. The economy is scary and many people are doing more for less… I fall into that category. I noticed more and more people asking me “have you run today?” that is the gentle way of saying Michelle you’re losing your balance! Or sometimes it also means “we miss you”

So today I can answer YES I Ran TODAY! It makes everyone much happier.

Sometimes it means both. Hadn’t heard from or seen you in a couple of weeks so thought I’d check your site to see if you’re still alive. Hammy Better? Small foot injury is keeping me down for about a week (hopefully). Hope to see you out there when I’m back to runnin’.
