good effort at the gym

maybe should have done my run outside today as I have many treadmill days in front of me with my frequent days on the road.  But went to the gym with Chris instead and went at a pretty good effort for just over an hour.  Pretty sore from traveling with my 105 pound generator.  I consider the lift and moving of the machine as my strength training.
