Can’t say that it was easy.  It’s getting cold out there.  Glad I went long today, it feels good to have my weeks big goal out of the way by Wednesday.

    Nice run Michelle. I haven’t run 10 since April. I think a need a race to get me motivated! :)

    I too am doing upper body work with the vaccuum cleaner, but only once a week. Pretty pathetic. But at least we caught up on laundry yesterday.
