On Demand Yoga

Wanted to get a flexibility workout in to finish up a good first week back in training.  My hot yoga friends were not around to go to class with, and I did not want to go alone, so I dialed up yoga on my cable on demand feature.  Pretty good yoga for free and in my living room.  I barely got out of my pajamas into some of my old not so flattering old 1990s style shorts.   This was a good alternative to heading out and spending time from home.  My 14 year old harassed me for a while and then joined for a while.   Once we were finished we spent some  time together in the kitchen, something we both enjoy, but don’t do enough.

    Have you tried Fit TV? I recently found it on my DIrect TV and there are a TON of programs…yoga and the like. I TiVo them and then for days like your’s, I just throw on some sweats and pick one.

    Good for you for still doing a workout AND for getting time to spend with your child. :)

    great idea. i need to check that one out!
    as for me i’m trying to focus on getting in 3 workouts a week. i’ve been doing it o.k. but not ready to “push it” to 4 ;o) hopefully in another week.
    foot is still a mess but that’s a much longer story…

    Great idea, I never thought of that. I only use on Demand to catch up on the Showtime and HBO shows I missed during the week. I’ll have to check it out.
