Lifting upper body

I thought I would work on my guns since I cannot do any thing that involves my knee.  Focused my efforts on my Lats, pecs, bi’s and tri’s.  Not as fulfilling as time on the road.

    Sorry about your knee injury, hopefully you will be back on the road soon, take a break and get some rest, work on the guns.

    hope you knee gets better soon or you will have to try and keep up with your sister. but I guess if she try to pass you you will be able to put the smack down on her with your big guns.

    Stay strong, girl. You’ll heal. And we’ve got some training tools in the stable for the temp downtime. Waterwings for underwater running once your knee can take that. Cords for resistance swimming. And if you really have a need to race (and why wouldn’t you?) we can look into the group purchase of a racing chair. With Zipp 909s, of course.

    hope all is going well and you’re feeling good. have you done any research on what your post-op (assuming you go there) recovery will look like?
