Felt the need for speed and also had a limited time to workout while my daughter was in dance class.  I know I am training for long brutal slow 24 + hour event of the Western States 100 miler, but I kind of want to keep some speed for half marathons too.

    Good paced run yesterday. Kicked damm good ass on that run!
