I was feeling rather guilty about not running yesterday until I started my run this morning. My legs thanked me for the extra rest day with a spirited trek around Mukilteo.

hey lady! looks like you’re getting some miles in - good job. as you noted the lows will help as much as the highs so hang in there.

Hey Michelle, thanks for the comment. Yeah, working 12+ hr days is NO FUN I tell ya! I just did that for about a week straight and now all I want to do is lie around the house and sleep!
I am planning on running Vancouver, but have told myself to not be too proud to stop and pull out if my foot is acting up. It has good days and bad days, and I am by no means ready for the race as I haven’t been able to run much for the last month, but…oh well! We’ll see what happens! How’s your training going?
