ran up Mt Si today and repeated. I was a bit disappointed with my times. There was snow/ice the last 1.5 miles on the trail.

Wanted to lift some weights to work on arm, back, shoulder and core strength. Having a strong upper body will in doubt pay off in the Western States 100. So I warmed up on the treadmill at the hotel, (the Westin Las Vegas) during a break at my meeting. Lifted and was happy I did it!
