12 Miles

This was a difficult run for me. This run run was more miles than I did total last month.
I have a attempted murder warrant out for Brad (zappoman), I told him I was in no condition to run with him. I look at it as community service as I kept him slow enough for him to negative split his 24 miles, which I believe was his goal.
Vegas should be interesting, all time goals are under serious reconsideration

You’re such a good sport. Are you coming out this Saturday? Brad wont be there for this one, so you don’t have to slow him down. You can run a comfortable pace with me!
