Was supposed to be a long slow day, but Zappoman and I had a bit more fun with it. He continued on for another 8, it got a breve latte and went to my daughter’s soccer game. Can’t wait to run with him again in 2 weeks!

Played capture the flag with my cross country team. Lots of sprinting and maneuvering around 13 and 14 year old kids determined to “tag” coach! Lots of fun and a pretty good workout.
