Thrills drills hills

Worked with the kids drills today.  High knees, bum kickers, skip for height, skip for distance and fast feet add in a few striders and hills and it was a great success

    What did the kids think of doing these drills? I can totally picture them cracking up over it.

    I was running on the trail the other day and I saw a couple that was doing the knee to chest grabs as they were walking along… after watching them for about 20 seconds as I caught up to them I said “ok, now it’s time for your skips!” and they both cracked up. For some reason they didn’t want to skip along a public running/cycling trail??? Go figure!
