I have been running since I was a teenager, so more than 25 years. I ran in high school, college, & before and after having my two daughters. I love to hit the track for repeats and the mountains for long runs. I have run 3 marathons, a 50k trail race and two 50 mile ultras. I am currently training for the Western States 100.

WOW! Awesome!
That’s amazing! 8000 ft of climbing… while running… a marathon… oh my god! And you finished faster than I’ve ever run a marathon!
Rock on Girl!
Me, shaking my head! Wow! WOW! WOW!

Michelle - was this all on roads? I’m thinking it would be a cool bike ride.
Actually I’m not sure I could cycle this faster than you ran

Congratulations! How are you feeling? I saw this thing with Bart Yasso on RW. He was talking about how beat up people get on the descent. Were there a lot of casualties?

Something happens when we get together to run, maybe it’s because we both have a competitive nature, we start easy and finish hard. [...]
