Legs not Dead!

I am happy and surprised that my legs are not completely trashed after my 9 miles at Cougar Mountain yesterday.  Did my favorite 4mile loop and added a hill at the end for “fun”, in my favorite running weather, rain .  I am less worried today than last week about finishing the ascent of Pikes Peak

    You’ll do it. Just keep some gu packets handy for quick fuel. You have a strong will and that’s what it takes.
