Perfect Timing for this Site

So happy to have Sweat365 come along to help in my calf muscle tear recovery and return to running.  It’s been 3 weeks since ripping a hole in my left calf while playing “old Lady” soccer!!

My first day back to the streets will be tomorrow, can’t wait to see my progress on graphs and charts.

    Welcome aboard Michelle! Thanks for joining.

    I also have a calf thing going on when I try to run - and I was just starting to make some progress. I was hoping to surprise you all and maybe run the half marathon in Vegas this December. Not looking so good right now.

    Fortunately it hasn’t affected my cycling.
